Mouse Madness

Initial Rules for 15-minute challenge:

Roll a six-sided die and move your token forward or backward that many spaces. If you land on the same space as your opponent, you may move him forward or backward one space.  If you ever land on a mouse-hole space, whether rolling the die or by being pushed there by your opponent, you must move your token to where the arrow points.  To win, you must land on the cheese exactly.

Rules After Play-Testing:

Mouse Madness:  A game for 2 to 6 players.

All players must roll a six-sided die to start.  If the highest number is a tie, re-roll until there is a clear winner.  The highest goes first and play then proceeds around the table in a clockwise fashion.

When it is your turn, roll a six-sided die.  You must move your token forward or backward that many spaces.  If you land on the same space as an opponent, you must push him forward or backward one space.  If that would push that token onto a token of another player, then you must push that token forward or backward one space.  This process continues until you have pushed all tokens onto their own spaces.  If a token ever lands on a mouse-hole space, whether by rolling the die and moving or by being pushed there by an opponent, it falls through the hole and must be moved to the space where the arrow points.  If you cannot move forward the number of spaces indicated on the die, you must move your token back and visa-versa.  After play begins, a token cannot move or be pushed back to the start space.

To win, you must land on the cheese exactly.

Additional Rules for 2nd Challenge:

If your token lands directly in front or behind another player's token, you may jump your token over the other player's token.  So, you may move forward or backward an additonal two spaces in those cases.   This jumping action may be used multiple times, if there are a sufficient number of properly placed tokens on the board.  If you then land on another player's token, you must push that token forward or back as described above.  However, if at any point you land directly on top of another token while there are other tokens on the board that indicate you can jump over them, you must decide to take one option or the other.  So, you either push or jump when you land on any given space.  Not both.  Once you start pushing tokens around, you must forego any further jumping actions for that turn.
